6” Enrober for Chocovision 3Z chocolate tempering
machine
I have a Revolation Delta/3210 (10-17 lb) tempering
machine and tried to make this enrober work on my machine but it is just too
big and really needs to be used on the larger 3Z machine.
Stainless Steel conveyor belt assembly breaks down
into 3 main components for cleaning with tw o removable trays. Hopper section also
removable.
It has the #1 and #2 enrobing pattern inserts.
Enrober, motor drive, and motor controller -$2,000
I also have a skimmer, skimmer motor, and motor
controller listed separately. I will sell both together for $2,500 + shipping.
Also, if you have a 4” enrober for a Chocovision Delta
machine in good condition, I can give you $1,800 credit towards this purchase.
