Put in a new battery and it works great…although I really have no idea how it works…lol  No manual included, but you can get instructions online.
In very good condition, has a clip on the back to clip on your belt.  Takes an LR44 battery.   Measures approx. 2.25″ x 2 1/8″ x .75″ closed.
