This is a 16″ x 20″ plaque with signed 8×10 color photo of former Pittsburgh Steeler legend and Hall of Famer Jack Lambert w/COA issued by Collectors World. Photo was signed at Monroeville Expo Mart Sportscard Show that we promoted. Also included on plaque is an 8×10 of Three Rivers Stadium with 3″x3″ piece of turf in plastic protective case – a copy of the Certificate of Authenticity for turf is also included with plaque. Upper plate reads JACK LAMBERT, HALL OF FAME, FOUR SUPERBOWL WINS – IX, X, XIII, XIV. Bottom plate reads THREE RIVERS STADIUM 1970-2001, ORIGINAL FIELD TURF.
